5.1 – Before the 13th September 2020 you may request a full refund (minus fees, see 5.3).

5.2 – From the 13th September 2020 you will not be eligible for a refund.

5.3 – In the unlikely event that you want a refund, then as of the 3rd March 2020, PayPal no longer refunds us the fee we are charged from your original transaction.
