PERFECT PREPARATION FOR THE PESC QUALIFIERS

ARA Porsche Cup Championship

Aiming to go pro this summer by competing in the official PESC Qualifying series? Season 6 of the ARA Porsche Cup Championship is designed to help those with pro license aspirations; replicating the format and schedule of the PESC Qualifying series, stewarding provided by current top PESC drivers, a new protest/penalty system and weekly coaching from ARA coaches the night before.

With our partners at Apex Racing Academy, we want to help anyone aspiring to claim a spot in the PESC Contender series. Everyone who signs up to this championship gets a free 1 month ARA subscription, which grants setups and track guides for the qualifying series. Don’t forget the group coaching sessions either… These occur on Tuesday evenings and give you the opportunity to discuss potential improvements with PESC driver Kevin Ellis Jr for no extra cost!

In order to prepare you for the qualifiers, we have designed a brand new ARL format. Race 1 lasts 30 minutes and has its grid set by an 8 minute, 2 lap qualifying. This first race should perfectly replicate the qualifiers series. This would be enough for some, but this is ARL… we have a second race, this time 20 minutes in length and with a reverse grid, perfect for practicing racecraft and responding to adversity. This gives you a great chance to race against respectful drivers who you may well battle in the qualifiers later in the week, along with a fight over a hotly contested title.

Whilst this series is geared for those going pro, everyone is welcome to race. We have our three driver classes (pro, pro-am and am) so anyone can fight for a title and our double race format adds an extra challenge compared to the official series. Our events feature the expert eyes of PESC drivers Peter Berryman and Kevin Ellis Jr reviewing protests, disciplining unfair racecraft. This season is once again held on Wednesday evenings, only one day into the official series week. However, with ARA data packs being released on the Friday prior to each meeting, you should have plenty of time to prepare.

Like all of Apex Racing League’s events, every meeting is covered by Apex Racing TV and the best images of each round are uploaded to our website. Over £1480 in ARA and SDK Gaming subscriptions and trophies and on offer for the top drivers and team in each championship. RPC eSports dominated season 5 of this championship, with Roger Kristiansen narrowly beating out his teammates.
