ARL ACC Challenge
Whether you’re already an ACC fanatic or thinking of making a start on the sim, our newest series is for you! The ARL ACC Challenge is our first series outside of the iRacing platform, is set to begin on the 5th of March and is free to enter!
We will be using the cars that ACC is exceptional in, the GT3s. Bentleys, Hondas and Aston Martins are just some of the manufacturers available to race. We will also be taking advantage of the platform’s extensive European track roster, with Misano and Paul Ricard hosting 2 of the 6 rounds. Competitors require no additional content to race the series, meaning anyone with the sim on their hard drive can get on the grid free of cost.
There are no SA or CP rating limits for the championship, so even if you are new to the sim, you can compete. While everyone is welcome to join the series, timings are ideal for Europeans, with qualifying launching at 20:00 GMT on Tuesday evenings.
The series, as with all our championships, is broadcast on Apex Racing TV’s YouTube channel. Throughout the season our new ACC overlay and live timing system will be tested, promising to make the productions some of the best looking on ACC.
Each event features a 2 hour practice session, 10 minute qualifying and 60 minute race. However, some rounds of the series may include rain as well, so drivers will need to be prepared for all scenarios. Whoever does manage the conditions best and is on top of the driver standings at the end of the season wins a trophy!
