We’ve all seen classic races in these beasts in real life, most of the time tackling twisty tarmac courses. Well this is your opportunity to take part in a parallel series like no other on iRacing! This series is a sprint – with only 5 rounds, all on consecutive weeks, making this ARL’s cheapest series to enter and a great championship to have some fun in during the summer. At every meeting there are 3 races, each lasting 15 minutes (with the latter two having reverse grids). Fixed setups are used, so don’t worry about learning to tune the car, just learn how to drive it fast!
The tracks for the season have been picked to imitate some of the circuits used in the real life stadium super truck series, with a lot of slow speed bends and tight chicanes. They also have a lot of grass and gravel run off areas, and with no incident limit, competitors are free to carve their own circuit as they wish. The exception to this is the final round at the street circuit in Long Beach, which ought to be an awesome challenge at a venue visited in the real life stadium super trucks US series.
Whilst respect is still expected from drivers on and off the track, greater leniency will be given by stewards towards contact, due to the real life nature of the racing in this car and astonishing impact strength of this car. As long as you have a road D license on iRacing, you are welcome to take part, and with our pro / am class division, everyone has a chance to claim a title.
